This program is perfect for those who want to get in great shape, but don’t want to spend hours in the gym. Whether you’re a beginner who has never lifted weights or if you’ve been lifting for years, but want to be more efficient, this program will work for you. It is the same workouts Dr. Spencer does himself and also prescribes his patients. This is NOT a bodybuilding program or a powerlifting program. There are other programs out there for those goals.

The short answer is yes. The long answer is that weight loss is more about what you eat than how you exercise. Having said that, it is extremely important to lift weights as you try to lose weight so you keep your muscle and bone. This helps you shape your body the way you probably want as you lose weight AND is also very important for health purposes. Knowing that, this program is a perfect workout program for someone wanting to lose weight.

LiftRX is designed using equipment that is commonly found in commercial gyms – squat racks, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cable columns, common machines, and resistance bands. With a few adjustments, most exercises can be done at home with dumbbells. However, we also offer a minimal equipment/bodyweight only at-home option as well.

No, but Dr. Spencer’s nutrition coaches will be in the group to help with nutrition questions. If you want customized nutrition coaching, you can email to get set up.

Once you’ve signed up and gone through the checkout process, you can download the app and log in.

Yes! Let’s say you wanted to perform Friday’s workout on a Tuesday. You would select Friday’s workout, then after logging the session you will see three vertical dots to the right of the completed workout. Click those dots, then select Move Workout to correct for the proper day.

We can help you adjust the workouts to fit your needs within the support group. For example if you struggle with some range of motion issues, we can help you adjust the exercise so that you still get results.
