A Brief Overview of What You Get With My Program

First of all, thanks again for applying for my coaching program.

The way I see it, you wouldn’t have applied unless you feel that I could help you in transforming your body.

If you’re reading this, that means you’re qualified and that I believe we can work together in taking your body to the next level.

Before we get started — and before I go over cost considerations — I’d just like to give you some information about what my coaching program will entail. I want to first make sure that we’re both on the same page before you decide to sign up.

As an online fitness client, here’s what you get when working with me.

1. Personalized Nutrition Guidelines

You will get an individualized flexible meal plan and guidelines. This means you will still be able to eat most of the foods you enjoy (within reason LOL!) while attaining your goals (fat loss vs. muscle building). This is much more customized than even if you saw me in the clinic because I will have time to hone in on YOUR perfect diet. My goal is to get you on a sustainable plan you can eventually follow for life to achieve your health and body dreams.

2. Personalized Training Program Designed For Your Goals

Depending on your goals, equipment, time constraints, and limitations, I will make an exercise plan for you to follow. You won’t have to spend hours in the gym if you don’t want to, but unless you have an amazing home gym, I would get a gym membership.

3. Regular Accountability Check-Ins

You will check in weekly with me. There will be different types of check-ins (e.g. some weeks just a quick update vs. other weeks there will be pictures and body measurements etc.). Studies show the more check-ins the better the outcomes. I find this in my practice as well. Unfortunately, the most I can do in the clinic is monthly so this will be 4 times that and much more in depth.

4. Program Tracking With Smartphone App (iOS and Android)

I use the apps Trainerize and My Fitness Pal to track everything: your workouts, food logs, body measurements, etc. These free apps are available on both iPhone and Android phones. Pretty simple and easy to use.

5. VIP Support

I will always have your back. As a 1-on-1 coaching client, you basically will have instant access to me. I will try to respond within 24 hours, maybe even less depending on the day.

One thing to note: no diagnosing or prescribing (for now)

Unless you have seen me once in the past year in person, I can’t do any diagnosing or prescribing of medicine. I can, however, give guidance on what to discuss with your own doctor if you have questions. Questions about cholesterol, blood sugar, and testosterone, etc. are pretty standard for me.

Cost Considerations

I’ll make this short and sweet for you by keeping it as simple as possible.

My rate is currently set at the all-inclusive investment of $299/month, meaning that you get everything in my coaching program at that flat rate: a personalized training program, nutrition plan, unlimited messaging support, check-ins, etc.

Compare that to hiring a trainer for 2-3 sessions a week at your local gym, I’d say that’s a steal (which would then run you about $600-1,200/month depending on how much they charge per session).

If you saw me in the clinic once a month, you would pay upwards of $300 (or insurance would cover it) and you still wouldn’t get the in depth customization I am giving in this program (due to time constraints in the clinic).

Usually, this is the part where you’d see people go on and on trying to sell you on why we should work together. But I believe that you already know this will be a life-changing experience for you, so I’ll go ahead and spare you the sales pitches.
