I threw this together on a saturday morning – it was SUPER good.

I will say that you can replace any of the flours with a good vanilla protein powder and it comes out great. Checkout the video!

Ingredients
  1. 1/2 Cup Buckwheat Flour
  2. 1/2 Cup Oat Flour
  3. 1 egg
  4. 2 tsp of either avocado oil / lite olive oil / coconut oil
  5. 1 tsp baking powder
  6. 1 cup of either milk / almond milk / water
Instructions
  1. Preheat waffle maker
  2. Mix all ingredients
  3. Throw into waffle maker
