I’m not sure about you, but I keep seeing these articles about “The 5 foods you should never eat if you want to lose weight” blah blah blah.
These articles are ridiculous. They say things like potato chips and candy etc. Okay so you can’t have a treat once in a while even if you have a small portion that fits within your whole diet? Yes I agree they are junk foods, but that doesn’t mean you can’t have them ever when trying to lose weight.
Oh well.
If you are rigid in your dieting and think in terms of black and white, you will be more likely to regain the weight you lost. Instead, understand some foods are junk and okay to eat once in a while as a treat.
